Great value just improve breakfast !

For the price had everything we needed, , helped replace faulty safe quickly, called us taxi's, great swimming pool too.

Breakfast not good, we had to ask for everything, no options offered, poor choice available, you felt like the staff didn't want you to have it !

Clean inexpensive hotel

This is not a Hampton Inn but it does everything you want in a hotel. Clean sheets and towels, small refrigerator, Good breakfast, nice clean swimming pool. A bit nicer then motel 6.

overall the stay was comfortable, some extra towels by the pool would be a great help but the staff made us feel comfort

the beds were great and we were very happy with the secure parking. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The pool was nice but one of us managed to cut our toe on a sharp tile locate on the pool floor. the water wasn’t as clean as I would like to have seen and the pool had a lot of dead flies floating in it.

Dirty, No wifi for 80% of or stay and when we had it you could only send emails.

The pool/ located next to the port

Zero wifi, is hard to believe a modern accommodation would have something this bad you can barely even send emails. The sheets were dirty with stains all over them and the facilities as a whole are under dis repair. The staff were nice but didn’t have the ability to improve the problems with the our stay.

The room and restaurant personal are very friendly. The swimming pool is nice.

It's a white building but the vibe is grey grey grey depressing. This place has no soul at all. Basic room in a basic old building, too far away from the centre. Which makes the taxi cost very high. The people at the check-in could be more helpful and solution driven. For the same amount I found a splendid alternative in Getsmani. No Colombian value for money.

The room was rusty. The wifi was bad, I was not able to work that i had to leave after the first night. It was so loud in the room that I was not able to sleep.

Comfy bed, bad location.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel felt safe.

The WiFi was terrible, saying it was connected but not actually working. The hotel is on a very busy main road the the noise of the traffic in the room was very loud and all night. The hotel says it’s in Cartagena but my taxi driver complained to me that it was not. It is about a 20 minute drive in to what I think people consider Cartagena.

Would recommend if you're traveling on budget with low expectations

Price. Breakfast was ok. Staff that served breakfast was nice.

Hotel is located in a loud neighbourhood right next to the road and old windows don't block sound at all. It feels like you are sleeping in a tent on the sidewalk. Balcony door is old as well and it can't be closed for safety. The water in the shower was cold and there was no shower-head (it was just a one big stream). The room was not clean, there was hair on the pillow. There was a sand lizard in the room.
